Trang’s journey began in 2016 with the vision of creating job opportunities for women in Vietnam. Inspired by her childhood hobby of jewelry-making, she started an online shop and expanded to physical stores in Vietnam and La Jolla. After earning her Graduate Gemologist diploma from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and extensive training in appraisal practices, Trang transitioned to a career as an independent jewelry appraiser. She also served as a gemology instructor at GIA, further refining her expertise while mentoring aspiring gemologists.
