Typically within 1–2 business days, with many transactions completing in just a few days.

Once you approve an offer from a buyer, we handle the rest of the process. Payment is sent within 24 hours, and you receive your proceeds as soon as the funds clear, less our brokering fee.

You are under no obligation to sell. If the offers don’t meet your expectations, you may decline without penalty.

The buyer covers all shipping and insurance costs. You are fully protected throughout the process.

We charge a simple 12% brokering fee, deducted only after your jewelry sells. For higher-value sales, our fee is reduced to 10%.

An intake fee may apply in cases where gemological testing, detailed documentation, or a large collection is involved, to help cover the additional time and process required.

There are no hidden costs, and the buyer covers all shipping and insurance expenses. If an appraisal is recommended, that service is billed separately and discussed with you in advance.
